• Question: In which part of our body are cells not replaced when we die?

      Hello there, do you mean which types of cells that are not replaced when they die?

      cardiac muscle cell is one of the cells that do not really regenerate if they die. Nerve cells (neurons) can be regenerated but the capacity is very limited.. They are some of the most distinct types, I am sure there are others that I may not be aware of!
