I think any food can be healthy/ non-healthy depending on how much you eat it and how they are served. For instance, burgers and pizzas with lot of veggies are definitely healthier than the meat-only burgers and pizzas without veggies, don’t you think? Burgers made of lean meat is less fatty, but the problem is if you go to fast-food restaurant you can’t ask/ control this, whereas in the restaurant I have seen a small burger with mostly cheese and cranberry jam and wild rocket leaves. Pizza topped with simply mozzarella and peppers + tomato is also really nice! Cheese is quite salty so often there is no need for additional salt!
