• Question: what would happen if you had a cut in your stomach

      Depending on how deep the cut is, blood may oozes out. If the wound isn’t closed then it may result in infection. If it’s a deep one, some of the organs may be injured.

      If you mean into your stomach, that can be an operation for people who cannot swallow food. Doctors would put a feeding tube into the persons stomach. The important thing is to make sure it doesn’t bleed to much

      It also called an ulcer….it will bleed and if it is too deep the content of the stomach can leak out and, as the content is very acid, it can damage the cells surrounding the stomach and they will stopt working properly!!!

      As the others have said. It can be called leaky gut syndrome and can make people quite ill if it occurs.
