• Question: Why did you choose to do about the body?

      I find the human body fascinating. It is capable of so much more than many of us think it is and we don’t use it in the right ways a lot of the time. The body is designed to move and be really active but more so now many people don’t do this. I really want to get people moving again.
      Also all the different reactions and responses that go on internally within the body are so interesting that I wanted to learn more about it which is why I studied Physiology .

      Being amazed at how complex our bodies are and wanting to understand as much about how it works as possible
