• Question: healthier food and less exercise or unhealthier foods but a lot of exercise?

      Great question! I’ll sit on the fence and say a bit of both 🙂

      Exercise is fantastic as is hits all the important organs in the body and can effect so many different things. Diet not quite so effective, but ultimately you want to be eating the right kinds of food and getting regular exercise….
