      I think it would be an endocrine organ or gland. Probably the pineal gland in the brain which is important as it acts as the bodies internal clock

      Yes, like Duane says its the Pineal gland in the brain.

      And the second smallest one is the parathyroid gland situated in the neck and they are about the size of a grain of rice!!!!
