First need to think what fast food is, if you are thinking about fried food that is heavily processed, then this certainly over the years increase your risk of developing a whole range of diseases from cancer through diabetes to heart attacks.
But, if you also think about foods that can be prepared quickly such as fruit, wholegrain cereals, some wraps and even a chicken shish kebab with salad then it doesn’t have to be all bad.
Key thing is variety, trying to get the veg and fruit in and a range of different foods. Also not forgetting that food should be enjoyable.
