  We have eczema when our body is reacting against foreign substance such as food/ body lotion/ plant spores… it can be anything really. Eczema is an over-reaction from our immune system trying to protect us from potentially harmful foreign chemicals, which is different from person to person, but obviously it makes us uncomfortable.
