• Question: How many muscles do we have?

      I have never counted myself…..I have found out that some people say about 640 but it is difficult sometimes to distinguish when one muscle finishes and one starts!!

      It’s hard to say, some people count the bicep as 1 muscle, others as two. Also do you mean just skeletal muscle, as we have lots of smooth muscle in our blood vessels and gut and then there is cardiac muscle in the heart.
