• Question: If our body has diabetes, would we get really tired ?

      Probably it would difficult to get glucose into muscles and you can be weeing out glucose so this can lead to fatigue

      It certainly is associated with tiredness

      Yes if diabetes is not well controlled but if we keep the amount of glucose in the blood under control the we are fine….
