if it is a true fruit juice then yes it has fruit sugar (fructose in it). This is natural sugar, meaning that this is derived from the fruit and not from the manufacturer. How much is in the juice depends on whether you have pure juice, juice with additional sugar, or concentrated juice..

A pure fruit juice (not a fruit drink which can contain added sugar) can contain 10-15g sugar per 100ml. There is a lot of debate whether fruit juices are good or not, current recommendations are that they are a good way to get vitamins but not to consume more than 150ml per day

Yes fruit juice has lots of sugar in it and is also quite acidic. So with any sugary drink it is probably best to not to have too much on a regular basis
