• Question: We do we talk in our sleep?

      Not quite sure, some people talk when they are dreaming, some people don’t. Some says that depends on the intensity of the dream but how it is defined I am not so sure. I’d like to know more about this too.

      I think as Theresia says it is linked to dreaming

      I think its linked to drifting in and out of light and heavy sleep cycles.
