      Hello there,

Brain cancer cells will deprive the healthy brain cells of oxygen and nutrients and may result in the death of healthy brain cells. Depending on which part of the brain is affected, the body function under which the part is responsible for will be affected. The growth of the tumour will also create unnecessary pressure within the brain cavity. Similarly depending on which area, this may create an array of effects from the nausea and fatigue to severe headache to the lack control of the body to amnesia…

Cancer cells develop for a wide number of reasons and develop into tumours. Tumours typically compete with healthy cells for all the good things they need to survive, like oxygen and fuels. The tumour will consume all this energy and deprive the healthy cells, so the tumour grows and the healthy cells will gradually die. As you lose the healthy cells you gradually lose the functions that these cells would perform, so irrespective of the tissue or organ the tumour will stop it functioning properly.
