      soft tissue is everything in the body which is not bones!!! they are the tissue that surround and connect organs in the body , example include tendons, ligaments, skin, fat, muscles, nerves and blood vessels…and I am sure I have forgotten some!!

      I think in sports injuries it normally means muscle, ligaments and connective tissue
