      I am not sure there is one which classify as unhealthy….it depends on the quantities….for example banana are rich in potassium and eating too many can cause potassium overdose which is not good to the cells in the body….

      Depends what you mean by unhealthy? Jackfruit for example can be up to 20% sugar
