• Question: What should we eat to keep our body healthy?

      Hi again Alizza,

      Anything that gives you balanced nutrition is good. Obviously you need carbohydrates (pasta, rice, potato) as energy source. You need proteins (milk and egg, and meat) to maintain your muscle, skin, hair.. and you need some fat (meat, oil) to make your hormones. You need a variety of minerals and vitamins for a lot of small, but important function in your body 🙂 Sufficient fibres to help your digestion, and water!

      All must be balanced, and this depends on your age and gender.. in fact your body will tell you how much you would need to eat. Teenagers undergoing puberty tend to eat a lot as the body needs a lot of nutrients to grow. Elderlies generally do not eat much.. And if you do strenuous job surely you need energy but if you are just sitting down the whole day and still eat a lot that’s not good…
