Great question
Normally fainting is where there is not enough oxygen getting to your brain, so you will feel as though your body is tired even though it is really only your brain sending the message to say your body is tired.
Fainting happens when there is a temporary disruption in blood flow to the brain, so there is a reduction in oxygen delivered. I don’t think it directly makes you tired, but the incident itself probably takes a lot out of you and those people around you as its so sudden.
