• Question: Why are germs so tiny?

      I think that is because they are simpler organism as compared to us. Simpler organisms such as virus and bacteria tend to be tiny, but being tiny also gives them advantage so that they can attack the host (human and other animals) without necessarily make them aware of what’s going on.

      Viruses are just genetic materials with a coating, so need to get inside a cell to replicate, to do this they need to be very small. Bacteria are a simple cell as Theresia says
