• Question: why are your eyes different colours

      Thas a fab question. I don’t actually know but would love to. My German teacher at school had one green eye and one brown eye!

      I think it is genetic, possibly linked to the amount of sun people are exposed too. People from sunny countries have more melanin in their eyes so are brown, those from northern Europe tended to have less so blue eyes.

      Random fact, birds have different colour eyes depending if they are daytime, evening or nighttime flyers
