When we are tired it is likely that the brain is lacking oxygen. Yawning will help to increase oxygen intake 😀

It is also a behaviour response, as way of signalling as when one person yawns other people start yawning too

Some people think that it is to get my oxygen to the brain, others to get more blood flow to the brain. I’m not sure, but i think there more and more research to suggest that its not directly related to tiredness or boredom
