• Question: why do you have to exersize

      Our nature drive is to be inactive, however as we don’t need to work hard to find food means we can be less active today compared to people 100 years ago.
      We are designed to be active, so in the modern world if we don’t exercise our bodies don’t adapt, this includes being able to control body weight, maintains the strength of our bones and for our heart and blood vessels to stay healthy and strong as well as other beneficial effects.
