• Question: Why do you think chocolate will be good for people with diabetes? Which type of chocolate?

      It needs to be a bitter chocolate and not too much, I used specially made chocolate in my research. It is good as the bitter chemicals called flavanols can help blood vessels to relax and make insulin work better
