• Question: why does to much juice make your teeth rote

      Juice is quite high in sugar and its the sugars that can stay on your teeth and cause the enamel to wear down I think. I’m not 100% sure as I don’t study the teeth. Sorry

      The sugar is consumed by bacteria in plaque which sit on our teeth, this leads to cavities.
      Also as fruit juice is acidic it erodes the enamel of teeth so basically dissolves them.
      There are two ways fruit juice can damage teeth
